Review LOGSOL Winter Campus Days 2023

In the week before Christmas, LOGSOL held its Winter Campus Days from December 19 to 21, 2023. During these three days of our training week, our logistics and factory planners as well as our employees from the software area were able to devote themselves to individually tailored training content. This meant that around 100 employees from all locations in Germany came together at the Dresden headquarters to undergo further training together.

On the one hand, workshops were held on the topics of role sharpening, customer loyalty and professional consulting in order to improve their own soft skills. However, specialist training was also offered, such as training on IT requirements analysis and AGV basics.

Of course, an entertaining evening was also provided. In addition to a beer brewing seminar and a joint visit to the Christmas market, another LOGSOL gaming night took place. Here, dice were diligently rolled and intrigues were forged during exciting werewolf rounds.

The campus days are a great opportunity for new LOGSOLers in particular to get to know the team better and create shared memories across all locations.

Christmas event with office golf at the LOGSOL headquarters!

The crowning glory of our campus days is our legendary summer party in summer and, of course, our spectacular Christmas event in winter.

Before this year’s Christmas party kicked off, our two CEOs gave a motivational end-of-year speech and presented all employees with their Christmas presents. Our Christmas event then kicked off with an office golf tournament! Nine mini-golf stations were set up throughout the Dresden office, which were played by all teams. The office was creatively integrated into the tournament, so that the teams had to play over and under tables or down stairs. Of course, the best team performances were rewarded with trophies, medals and minigolf balls.

After the award ceremony, we went to our magical location “Elbegarten” at the Blaues Wunder. The evening was filled with Christmas delicacies from the buffet, songs and a lively atmosphere on the dance floor.

The Winter Campus Days were therefore not only a successful end to the year for all employees, but also another highlight in 2023. But after the Campus Days is before the Campus Days! Our Corporate Service team is already busy planning the summer training week and the subsequent summer event.
