For the third time in a row: LOGSOL is kununu TOP COMPANY
What makes LOGSOL special?
We recently asked our colleagues this question in our new social media posting series “LOGSOL deep dive” and the answers were clear: our team spirit!
This answer runs like a common theme through our kununu reviews. Here are just a few examples: “LOGSOL = friendship = family”, “The atmosphere in this young team is always positive”, “Warm welcome, mutual support and team spirit with hands-on mentality, “It’s fun to work in a team”, “Super cohesion […]”.
But what is actually behind the kununu award?
Employees can rate their employer on the website. The focus is on various categories such as corporate culture, working environment and salary. Every year, kununu awards the title “TOP COMPANY” to companies that meet certain requirements. These include the score, the number of reviews and how up-to-date they are.
Thanks to the numerous positive reviews from our LOGSOLers, we have met all the criteria for the third time in a row – which means we were able to hold the kununu “TOP COMPANY” award in our hands again in 2022, 2023 and 2024. Our kununu profile also has a rating of 4.3/5 stars and the seal of approval for a 100% recommendation.
But it’s not just our team atmosphere that is praised beyond all measure. Our way of working is also highlighted very positively: “LOGSOL acts like a family business. There are many knowledge carriers in the most diverse areas, so that employees can benefit from each other”. We also score points for “very good communication and cooperation at eye level”. The variety of tasks at our company is “very good and diverse. There is never a dull moment and the team is always developing new and exciting tasks”.
When it comes to work equipment, we attach great importance to ergonomic office furniture and new technology, which are also mentioned positively in our reviews: “Never had better! Height-adjustable desks, good technology, top workplace lighting, modern office.” “A lot of emphasis is placed on making you feel comfortable and also on the health aspect. There are ergonomic office chairs, height-adjustable desks and even a standing workstation, as well as a company medical examination.”
Especially in today’s world, the topic of “work-life balance” is becoming a priority for many people – and rightly so! Our employees and former colleagues are satisfied and describe us as a “family-friendly company and perfectly compatible thanks to the home office option […].” Even the “[…] private life […] does not have to be restricted. Flexible working hours make it possible to attend private appointments.”

What do our LOGSOL employees say about further training and promotion opportunities? “Great importance is attached to the topic of further training. There are internal formats but also external training courses for everyone, as well as individual training courses that take place regularly.” In addition, “the hierarchies […] are flat, but there are different levels that you can reach depending on your professional experience. Great importance is attached to further training.”
A well-functioning and satisfied team is the basis for a successful company. For this reason, we are always keen to develop in every respect, to respond to the needs of our employees and to implement solutions. We take suggestions and criticism very seriously and always look for the best solution for all parties.
