LogiMAT 2023 – Strongest visitor numbers in 20 years!
LogiMAT 2023 was a complete success across the board! From April 24 to 27, 2023, it was time again – the Stuttgart trade fair opened its ten exhibition halls for Europe’s largest intralogistics trade fair. According to the LogiMAT press release, the number of visitors was the highest in 20 years with 62,343 visitors. “A LogiMAT of records,” commented Michael Ruchty from trade fair organizer EUROEXPO GmbH.
A total of 1,563 exhibitors from 39 nations presented their logistics solutions and products. In the fully booked exhibition halls, trade visitors were able to find out about the latest developments and innovations for optimum material flows and efficient process management: From conveyor technology and automated guided vehicles to intelligent container and storage solutions, all specialist areas of intralogistics were represented.
With the exhibitors’ exhibits and the tried-and-tested supporting program, LogiMAT 2023 covered the transfer of information and knowledge for future-proof investments. These are aimed at automation, digital transformation and the integration of modern technologies such as robotics, sensor technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize internal processes. Exhibitors and trade visitors also focused on solutions relating to sustainability and energy efficiency. Trade visitors used the trade fair to make business contacts and explore the market among competitors. Visitors stated that they used LogiMAT to specifically search for automation solutions, be inspired by new technologies and evaluate potential cooperation partners. Exhibitors recorded correspondingly qualified customer contacts with promising project inquiries and cooperation agreements. According to the visitor analysis by the independent Basel-based market research institute Wissler & Partner, a high percentage of trade visitors came to LogiMAT with concrete investment intentions. This is confirmed by the numerous reported contract conclusions that were concluded at LogiMAT 2023.*

In Hall 8, we welcomed trade visitors to our newly designed stand C12 and presented our logistics solutions. We held exciting technical discussions and made interesting contacts. Our highlight for all visitors: A descent through the ice channel in the original bobsleigh! Only virtually, of course.
Participants were able to marvel at the bobsleigh up close on all three days of the trade fair. On Wednesday, four-time Olympic champion and 12-time world champion Francesco Friedrich even welcomed visitors to our stand in person, signed autograph cards and answered all questions about bobsleighing.

The date for the next LogiMAT has already been set: The largest intralogistics trade fair will once again take place at Messe Stuttgart from March 19-21, 2024. Of course, we will be there again as an exhibitor and are already looking forward to welcoming you to our LOGSOL stand!
